These terms govern your use of krasoven.online, published by BPM-STAV s.r.o. (see the legal notice for full identification). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. What this site is

krasoven.online is an informational website about video games. It provides explanatory articles and original diagrams. It does not sell anything, does not take payments, does not host user accounts, does not accept user-generated content and does not operate a contact form.

2. Permitted use

You may read, print and share the pages of this site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may quote short extracts provided you attribute them to krasoven.online and link to the page quoted.

You may not: reproduce whole pages or the site's diagrams elsewhere without written permission; present this site's content as your own; attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site or the server it runs on; or use automated systems to place an unreasonable load on it.

3. Accuracy and no warranty

Every article is dated and names its sources. Even so, the games described here change with every update, and figures that were correct when written may not be correct when read. The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher gives no warranty that the content is complete, current or fit for any particular purpose, and accepts no liability for any decision you take on the basis of it.

Nothing on this site is financial, legal or professional advice. Nothing on this site promises a result of any kind.

4. Affiliate links

This site carries affiliate links, marked “Partner link”. If you follow one and register with the advertiser, the publisher may receive a commission. This costs you nothing and does not change any price offered to you.

This site is written for a general audience but discusses games that carry their own age ratings and in-game purchasing. Check the age rating shown on the operator's own store page before installing, and if you are under 18, talk to a parent or guardian before spending any money.

These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Czech law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. In the Czech Republic, the body competent for the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, adr.coi.cz).
