Editorial policy

This site is paid for by affiliate commissions. That creates an obvious conflict of interest, and the only honest response is to describe how we handle it in enough detail that you can check whether we are keeping to it.

1. Who writes this site

All content on krasoven.online is written and edited by Karen Lee, director of publication, on behalf of BPM-STAV s.r.o.. There is no anonymous content, no syndicated content, and no guest-authored content. Every article carries a named byline and a publication date.

2. How we establish facts

  • Primary sources first. Game mechanics, prices, availability and policies are taken from the operator's own material: the official site, the in-game client, the published wiki, the patch notes and the operator's legal documents. These are listed at the bottom of each article.
  • Hands-on where possible. Descriptions of how something feels to play are based on playing it, and are clearly written as impressions rather than as facts.
  • If we cannot verify a number, we do not print it. Where a figure is known to vary between versions or to have changed over time, we say so and point the reader at the in-game source instead of quoting a number that will age badly.
  • We hedge deliberately. Phrases like “at the time of writing” are not padding. They mark a figure we expect to change.
  • The operator prevails. Every article states that where our page and the operator's own published information differ, the operator's information is the one that counts.

3. How this site is funded

Entirely by affiliate commissions. If you follow a link marked “Partner link” and register an account with the advertiser, the advertiser may pay us a commission. You pay nothing extra.

We do not sell display advertising. We do not publish sponsored articles. We do not accept payment for a mention, a placement, a position in a list, or a favourable description. No advertiser has ever been shown a draft of an article on this site before publication, and none has editorial approval over anything on it.

Disclosure is applied in four places on every commercial page: a bar at the top of the page, a disclosure box immediately under the headline, a visible “Partner link” label on every commercial button including those in sidebars, and a note under each call to action. In the page source, every commercial link carries rel="sponsored nofollow noopener".

4. What we refuse to do

  • No invented testimonials. We publish no “reader stories”, no reader-submitted experiences and no quotes from people who do not exist. An earlier version of this site was framed as a reader story; that framing has been removed.
  • No invented ratings. No star ratings, no scores out of ten, no “9.4/10” badges, no rankings. We have no methodology that would make a number like that meaningful, so we do not produce one.
  • No artificial urgency. No countdown timers, no “only 3 places left”, no “offer ends tonight” unless an advertiser has actually published that deadline, in which case we name the advertiser as its source.
  • No guaranteed results. We will not say or imply that you will win, earn, improve or achieve anything by following a link.
  • No fabricated statistics. No invented player counts, no invented revenue figures, no invented specifications. If we do not have a sourced number, the sentence gets rewritten without one.
  • No hidden advertising. Nothing commercial appears on this site without a visible label next to it.
  • No pressure design. No interstitials, no exit-intent pop-ups, no fake close buttons, no content hidden behind an advertising click.

5. Advertiser independence

Commission does not buy coverage and does not buy tone. Every guide on this site names the drawbacks of the product it describes, including the parts of the business model designed to encourage spending. If we think a mechanic is worth being careful with — randomised containers, for instance — we say so on the same page as the partner link.

If an advertiser ever asked us to remove or soften a criticism, we would refuse and end the relationship. If that happens, we will say so on this page.

6. Corrections

We correct errors. If you find one:

  1. Email info@krasoven.online with the page address and, if you can, the source that shows the correct position.
  2. We aim to acknowledge within five working days.
  3. If the claim is wrong, we fix it and update the “last reviewed” date on the page.
  4. If the correction is material — a factual claim a reader might have acted on — we leave a visible correction note on the page itself rather than editing quietly. There are several such notes on this site already; they stay there permanently.
  5. If we disagree with you, we will tell you why.

7. Images

Every illustration on this site is an original vector diagram drawn by us. We do not publish game screenshots, promotional artwork, box art, logos or stock photography, because reproducing a rights holder's material on an advertising-funded page is not something we are willing to do. Each diagram has a text alternative and a caption, and each is described in the page as an original.

8. Readers

We collect nothing about you: no cookies, no analytics, no pixels, no browser storage, no third-party requests. We therefore have no audience data, which means no article on this site was written to chase a metric. See the cookie policy.
